Los Angeles Employment Law Attorney
At the Law Offices of Ronald P. Ackerman, I offer nearly 20 years of experience focusing on the rights of workers in employment law disputes. As a former Federal employee, I know the unique challenges you face every day. I have protected the rights of hundreds of workers in hearings before the EEOC, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Office of Personnel Management and in Federal Court.
I recognize that employment law issues can be stressful. When you come to my firm, you will always get direct answers from an attorney who has been in your shoes.
Employment Lawyer With Nationwide Practice
Since opening my law firm in 1992, I have focused my career exclusively on the rights of workers throughout Los Angeles. Though I have concentrated efforts on the rights of Federal government employees, I also provide counsel to state, municipal and private employees.
I have the experience, knowledge and capacity to handle a wide range of legal issues on behalf of employees, from discrimination and sexual harassment actions to wage and overtime disputes, or problems with security clearances. I offer specific services to employees of the U.S. government, including representation in Merit Systems Protection Board appeals, Federal Courts as well as Federal employee union grievances.
I am ready to work with employees at any stage of a dispute, whether they are merely considering filing legal action or they are already involved in an administrative or court proceeding. I will take the time to carefully obtain and assess all relevant evidence, and I will prepare and file all necessary documentation for administrative or court proceedings. I will also be your advocate in all hearings or proceedings.
